tvitty is a Great Concept how about making one for USENET?

Love the concept of this I was wondering how hard it would be to create something like this for UseNet? Add a virtual Keyboard for the search use BinTube, and NZBtvSeeker as your search engines, and it would be a total package. Usenet is much faster then a bitorrent and Astraweb has unlimted downloads for $11 a month. I know many don't like to pay for the service but it's worth it to get rid of cable. Any thoughts?

hey armyb - tvitty is about distributing content freely, with support for monetization of legal content through ads (hence the hiro codec install). our content partners support p2p distribution, but aren't keen on being associated with usenet, which quite frankly is used solely for pirated content. like any p2p file sharing software, tvitty can be used to download illegal content too, but we're seeing growth in distribution of legal ad-supported content, and hope to get more legal content distributed through p2p so that users can have the option to take the legit path. if the usenet operators decide to add legal content to their services (like mininova's 'featured' or youtorrent), we will be sure take a look into it.

keep tvitty'ing!
